1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an individual account. Youth under 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian. Organizations may register on behalf of authorized participants. By using our services, you affirm that the information you provide is truthful and accurate.

2. Use of Services

Services provided by CAE are for educational, community-based, and personal development purposes. You agree not to use our platforms or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. CAE reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or harms our participants or organization.

3. Account Registration

Users may be required to create an account to access certain services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use CAE platforms and programs in a respectful and constructive manner. You must not:

• Impersonate another person or organization

• Post or transmit content that is discriminatory, threatening, or harmful

• Attempt to interfere with CAE systems or compromise security

• Share access credentials with others unless authorized

5. Privacy

By using CAE services, you acknowledge that personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect and use information for registration, communication, program evaluation, and service improvement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and materials provided by CAE, including The CAE Network™, are owned by CAE or its licensors. Users are granted limited, non-transferable rights to access and use content for personal or organizational use only. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without written permission is prohibited.

7. Program Participation

CAE reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel programs. Participation in certain services may be subject to additional guidelines or agreements, which will be communicated in advance.

8. Donations and Payments

All contributions, registration fees, or service payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. CAE does not store payment information. Refund policies for services or programs will be clearly stated at the time of purchase or registration.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

CAE provides services “as is” and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of our content or platforms. We do not guarantee outcomes related to participation in any CAE program.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CAE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CAE, its staff, board, partners, and affiliates from any claims or demands made by third parties arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

12. Modifications to Terms

CAE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any legal actions must be filed in the appropriate courts within Pennsylvania.
